Complex handling systems

For larger series or complex customer requirements, we develop and produce specific handling systems to achieve a high level of process reliability and efficiency in our laser applications.

We develop and manufacture all jigs and fixtures, from simple fixtures to complex handling systems, in-house. For example our compact welding unit C134581. A laser sensor measures the position of the welding seam on both sides and transfers it to the CNC-control unit. Another laser sensor ensures the defined distance from the optical system to the workpiece. The feed and the supply of the filler material are constantly monitored and readjusted if necessary, which guarantees a minimum heat-affected  zone and no discolouration on the finished component.

Our employees are continuously trained to ensure that all parameters and influencing factors for optimum quality are available at all times.
