Laser welding of fuel cells

Producing electricity and heat highly efficient with fuel cells thanks to laser applications.

Eight components are assembled in different layers, clamped in the self-made handling system without gaps and welded into cassettes with more than 500 welding points. In a second step, the cassettes are welded helium-tight all around. The final quality control requires a lot of know-how of our employees, only this way we can achieve maximum customer satisfaction. In order to ensure readiness for delivery at all times to our customers, all our mobile handling systems can be adapted to several machines.
