Gentle processing with ultrashort pulse laser

When conventional processing for sensitive components or the smallest tolerances reaches its limits, our UKP laser systems are used.

On our ultrashort pulse laser systems with pico- and femtosecond lasers, demanding applications for different markets are processed within a few micrometers. In this implant, the electronic is welded together with two glass components and has to be cut to fit the patient. Since the electronics and the glass components react very sensitively to conventional processing methods, gentle and process-safe machinig can only be achieved with a ultrashort pulse laser.
