Laser drilling with 100 Hz

Do you need a large number of holes in a workpiece? Maybe even several 100,000 holes? If this is the case, we have the right process for you with laser drilling.

Due to different laser types and drilling techniques, we are very flexible both in terms of hole diameter (smallest holes from Ø0.01 mm) and material thickness (up to approx. 12 mm).

In the video, 100 holes are drilled per second with a diameter of 0.05 mm. In the end, the finished component contains almost 400,000 holes. At first glance, you would think it is a common sheet metal part. With a little backlighting, it becomes apparent that it is a fine filter.
